    Dr. Fowler has always had a passion in helping her patients enjoy a quality life for as long as possible. So many pets have conditions that result in some type of chronic pain.  Through her own personal experience she knows how chronic pain impacts daily life activities and recognizes the value of physical therapy in helping to make a body stronger and to lessen pain.  Her desire for Infinite PawsAbilities is to have a positive impact on her patients to reduce pain, improve healing, increase conditioning, and help each patient to be able to continue to do activities they love whether that is competing in sports at a high level, hunting, working, or chasing a ball across your living room.


    She completed her Certification in Canine Rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee in 2022. She has been trained in Myopain Canine trigger point and is a certified PennHip practitioner.


    Dr. Fowler is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Feline Practitioners, American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians, International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and American Veterinary Medical Association. 

Elizabeth Fowler, DVM, CCRP

Practice Owner & Veterinarian

Dr. Fowler graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Veterinary Science from Texas A&M in 1988 and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 1991. She has been practicing in New Braunfels since 2001.

Dr. Fowler graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Veterinary Science from Texas A&M in 1988 and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 1991. She has been practicing in New Braunfels since 2001.

    Dr. Fowler graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Veterinary Science from Texas A&M in 1988 and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 1991. She has been practicing in New Braunfels since 2001. She Is currently completing her Certification in Canine Rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee. She is also attending the Canine Trigger Point Management Course to become certified in the examination and treatment of myofascial trigger points in dogs and dry needling.


    Dr. Fowler is a graduate of New Braunfels City University and enjoys actively contributing to our community. She has served on the New Braunfels Animal Services Advisory Board and the New Braunfels Park and Recreation Board. She is also an active member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.  


    Dr. Fowler is a member of several professional organizations including Comal County Veterinary Medical Association of which she is also a board member and current officer, American Academy of Feline Practitioners, American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians, International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and American Veterinary Medical Association.  


    When not working competing with her dogs in Dock Diving, Fast Cat, and Barn Hunt, Aggie football, hiking, and can even been seen occasionally acting on one of our community theater stages. One of her proudest accomplishments has been hiking the Grand Canyon from rim to rim with her husband. 2016 marked the year that they hiked to Machu Pichu on the Inca Trail! She hopes to hike the Appalachian Trail and has started with some small section hikes in Vermont.


    Dr. Fowler enjoys passing on her love of veterinary medicine so it is not unusual to see students in various levels of study shadowing in the clinic. She feels honored to be a part of many people's and pet's lives and is excited to offer the new services of Infinite PawsAbilities.   


Lindsey Conway, DVM, CVA, CVMMP

Dr. Conway, a native Texan from Longview, earned her veterinary degree at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts. Upon graduation, she joined County Line to work along side Dr. Fowler to care for your companion. In addition, Dr. Conway is certified in veterinary acupuncture and veterinary chiropractic providing additional benefits to your companion.

    Dr. Lindsey Conway is a native Texan from Longview, TX. She earned her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in January, 2018. During her clinical rotations at Louisiana State University she developed strong interest in acupuncture and integrative medicine. She has attended the Chi institute and is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and Certified Veterinary Manual Manipulation Practitioner. She is currently pursuing further education and training to become a Certified Veterinary Herbal Practitioner while completing her certification for food Therapy.


    Dr. Conway is a skilled practitioner in surgery and internal medicine and is passionate about delivering the best care she can to her patients including utilizing holistic and integrative medicine to provide a well rounded treatment for them. She is excited to offer integrative medicine for referral patients at Infinite PawAbilities. 


    She is a member of several associations including the Comal County Veterinary Association, World Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medicine Association.


    Dr. Conway and her fiancé live with a house full of high drive dogs and wine-themed cats. We are on a countdown for her wedding. When relaxing you may find her fishing, working out, or trying to outdo Dr. Fowler in dog sports.

    Julia graduated from Texas A&M in 2020 and she joined the team of County Line Veterinary Clinic shortly afterwards.  


    Her true passion is helping animals with their rehabilitaion so she moved over to Infinite PawsAbilities when the opportunity arose.   She is currently finishing her certification in canine rehab through the University of North Carolina.  


    Anyone who brings their pets in will see her passion and learn that their animals quickly fall in love with Julia.

Veterinary Technician

Julia graduated from Texas A&M in 2020. She joined the team of County Line Veterinary Clinic after graduation and moved into Infinite PawsAbilities.
